Paramol Tablets are formulated with two active ingredients: Paracetamol (500mg) and Dihydrocodeine Tartarate (7.46mg). How Does Paramol Work?

Important Information Before Taking Paramol

• Suffer from severe diarrhea (especially if caused by poisoning or antibiotics)

How to Take Paramol

• Adults and Adolescents (16 years and older): Take 1-2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours. Do not exceed 8 tablets in a 24-hour period.
• Adolescents (12-15 years old): Take 1 tablet every 4 to 6 hours. Do not exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours.
• Children under 12 years: Not recommended.

Paramol should be taken during or after meals to reduce the risk of stomach upset. If symptoms persist after three days, consult a healthcare professional.

What Happens if You Take Too Many Tablets?

In case of an overdose, immediate medical attention is required. Overuse of Paramol can lead to serious liver damage, even if you feel fine initially.
