What Are Day & Night Nurse Capsules Used For?

Day & Night Nurse Capsules are formulated for the relief of common cold and flu symptoms, including:

• Headaches
• Fever and chills
• Blocked or runny nose
• Sore throat
• Body aches and pains
• Cough and congestion

Day and Night Nurse Capsules Ingredients

Each Day Capsule contains:

• Paracetamol – A pain reliever and fever reducer.
• Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride – A decongestant that helps relieve a blocked nose.
• Pholcodine – A cough suppressant that reduces dry or tickly coughs.

Each Night Capsule contains:

• Paracetamol – To relieve pain and reduce fever.
• Promethazine Hydrochloride – An antihistamine that helps with sneezing and a runny nose while promoting restful sleep.
• Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide – A cough suppressant that helps reduce coughing at night.

Day and Night Capsules How to Use

Always follow the recommended dosage instructions.

Adults and Children Over 16 Years:

• Day Capsules: Take one yellow/ orange capsule every 4 hours during the day, as required. Do not take more than 3 Day Capsules in 24 hours.
• Night Capsules: Take one green/ white capsule before bedtime. Do not take more than 1 Night Capsule per night.

Do not take more than the recommended dose. If symptoms persist for more than 3 days, consult your doctor.

Warnings and Precautions

• Do not take Day & Night Nurse Capsules if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
• Not suitable for children under 16 years of age.
• Avoid alcohol while using this medication, as it may increase drowsiness.
• Do not take other paracetamol-containing products to avoid overdose.
• The Night Capsules may cause drowsiness. Do not drive or operate machinery after taking them.
